Went for voluntary today at york hill, one-room flats. Every month, lotus light singapore will be there on a sunday to give out daily necessities for these old people. So they'll gather under one block and these people will queue and collect the things provided, rice, eggs, instant noodles, toilet rolls etc. But coming down and carrying these stuff might not be easy for some people, so we sent up to their home instead. I didn't help much actually, was hoping that i could contribute more but never mind next month i'll go again to help! Now i know how it feels to be santa claus hahaa!
